1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Pinata Demo ("we," "us," "our," "the platform"). 3.Account Responsibilities

Each individual may hold only one Pinata Demo account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to use, access, or operate your account on your behalf.

4.Deposits and Payments

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming transactions on Pinata Demo.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same Philippine payment account used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Where the original deposit method cannot receive outgoing transfers, an alternative verified Philippine account in your name may be used.

Pinata Demo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is done to protect players and comply with financial security obligations. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal request.
